My previous account was [email removed] and have an important documents their and I need to retrieve it because I just figure out how identity thieves bypassed all my important docs from IRCC from my gmail transferred to their cloud and they concealed all opportunities from me and right to be informed as well . I hope and pray you can help me . I'm using [email removed].

First, you should never post your mail addresses here or other private information. This is a public forum.

Second:

Using a PC, sign in to the Creative Cloud Desktop app (your old account).
Go to “Your Files” and look for the “Acrobat Scan” folder.
Enter the “Acrobat Scan” folder
Select up to ten files and click the more actions button (…)
Download the assets.
Repeat.

++ to the suggestion above, you can log in to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ and check the checkbox to the left of the Adobe Scan folder.

Once done, you should see a right panel showing up. Click the download option to start the downloading process for all the files available.
