the app scan stuck on startup screen

installed app scan with android 12 but as soon as I start the app it freezes with the home screen. I have granted permissions in the settings, any advice?

As it is stuck where some permissions are required like Camera and files. You can accept and proceed the app will work fine.

Thank you for your interest, unfortunately even with all the permissions the app kept crashing, remaining with the fixed screen with the startup logo. Perhaps the problem is related to the fact that in my phone I installed an android rom with root because before the modification adobe scan worked normally. thanks anyway
