The application gets frozen

I am a newuser. 

After saving  to pdf, the application remains waiting  with the message that is charging the document cloud, or something like that.

I tried for 3 times, but I could not have my pdf document.

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

Are you still experiencing issue in saving the sacnned document?

If you still get the same message, please check if the file appears online on Document Cloud.

Open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ and sign in using the same credentials that you use for Adobe Scan application.

Then go to Files > Adobe Scan application. Check if you can find the file on the list.

 

I would suggest to uninstall and re-install the application once.

Please sign out of the application before you uninstall and reboot the device before you re-install the application.
