The document is lost

There's a scanned document missing. It was definitely there. And now it's nowhere to be found. I scanned it this month. But now when I sort by date, I see old documents as if they were recently added. Logging out and logging back into the account didn't do anything. What do I do?

    1. Have you checked if you might have signed in with different accounts (e.g., Adobe account versus social sign-in)?
    2. Which platform are you experiencing the issue on? Is it the Scan app for Android, Scan app for iOS, or Acrobat online? Please log in to Acrobat Online using the same credentials as in the app, and confirm whether your files are visible in the Adobe Scan folder under the Documents section.
    3. Are all your scanned files missing, or just some of them?
    4. When did this issue begin? Were there any specific actions taken around that time?
    5. Please provide the Scan app version, your device model, and the OS version.

    Your prompt response will help us resolve this issue more efficiently.

      hal ini terjadi juga pada saya.

      saya menggunakan adobe scan untuk android.

      ini terjadi baru ini.

      semua file yang saya scan hilang

      adobe scan versi 24.07.10-google-dynamic, oppo A98, ColorOS 14.0
