There is no book scan option help

Hi just downloaded the app to my iPhone and was expecting the scan book option however does not seem to be there. Any advice welcomed

 

Looking to scan book to searchable pdf version so need OCR text reading ability

 

Thought this app would be a quick solution

@Martin22781832op0z Adobe Scan app for iOS does not support the Book Scan feature. The Book Scan feature is currently only available for Adobe Scan app for Android. 

You can select the scan type as 'Document' to scan the pages of your book using the Scan iOS app. It will scan the pages of your book with OCR text reading. To learn how to take common actions via the scanned text, refer to this Scan iOS Help topic.
