This app keeps crashing

This app keeps crashings last year, but it got better after I responded. However, it has been crashing since January this year and I can't get in at all. Please don't ask me to delete and reinstall it, because I can't get in before the files are uploaded after becoming a paid member. The customer service report in the meantime is still ineffective. Your company thinks that there is no problem with the software itself. I borrowed an Apple phone yesterday and backed up the files to it. There was no problem opening the software and logging in, but it started crashing again after logging in! So I strongly suspect that your company is targeting my account! Please tell me how to handle this! ! !

Could you please share which version of the Adobe Scan app you’re using and your device’s operating system? To check the app version, tap the profile icon > About Adobe Scan. Also, if you haven’t already, try updating the app from the App Store and restarting your device.

If possible, a short screen recording showing the steps you’re taking and what exactly is going wrong would be really helpful. It’ll give us a clearer picture and help us investigate faster.
