Turn emailed documents to pdf

1. What device and OS are you on? (e.g., Windows 11, Mac, iPhone, Android)

2. Which email app are you using? (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, or something else)

3. What type of document is attached? (e.g., Word file, image, PDF that's already been sent, something else)

4. Where is the formatting changing? Does it shift when you open the document, when you try to save it, or when you try to print it?

5. Which Adobe Application are you using? (Acrobat/Reader desktop application, Acrobat Mobile App, or Adobe Scan App, as this affects which options are available to you)
