Two Accounts and One is lost

Question

Hi, i think i created a new account last month but today it disappeared. Just one scan i did in that one. I cant remember the email address so is there any solution to see that document via icloud or any other system? Thanks

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

In order to access an account, you will need basic details like either the email address or the phone number associated with it.

In cases of accounts with subscription, if you have the card number available through which you made the payment, that can work too.

If there's no details available with regards to the account, it would be difficult for us to assist you further in locating the account.
