Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.
Can you check on the online portal if the files are available there: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ in the Adobe Scan folder?
If the files are available, check the email you are logged in to and sign in with the same email on your second device.
The files should be visible then.
If not, please let us know, and we will check further.
