I have a pd subscription to adobe scan. Why can't I see my files in my 2nd phone?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Can you check on the online portal if the files are available there: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ in the Adobe Scan folder?

 

If the files are available, check the email you are logged in to and sign in with the same email on your second device.

The files should be visible then.

 

If not, please let us know, and we will check further.

The Adobe Scan subscription is tied to your Adobe account, not a specific device. If you're unable to see your files on your second phone, ensure that you are logged into the same Adobe account on both devices. Additionally, check your internet connection and ensure that you have synced the files properly between devices within the Adobe Scan app.
