Unable to cancel my Premium subscription

I am still within the trial period and unable to cancel my premium subscription. Can someone help on how to do that? If I goto manage subscriptions, it does not show anything.

The free trial is only available if you are opt-in for a yearly subscription. 

If you select a monthly subscription, you will be charged for the entire month on the first day.

 

To apply for a refund, I suggest you contact the store you purchased from (AppStore or play store), as they manage transactions directly.

That doesn't help because doesn't show the subscription to cancel it

Merhaba aynı sorunu ben de yaşıyorum. İptal edemiyorum üyeliği yardımcı olun lütfen. Üstelik deneme sürecim bitmeden fatura kesildi bu nasıl saçmalık ?
