Unable to cancel Subscription

I have been trying to cancel my subscription, from the app I am redirected to the AppStore/ID list of my subscriptions. Now normally when you press on a subscription there is an option to cancel it from there, however there is NONE for adobe scan. How do I cancel a subscription if it was done through the Apple ID and Apple Store is not even giving an option? Also why can't we directly contact tech support through email? I'm trying to cancel this !!!

I'm assuming the app is set up differently on Android because “SUBSCRIPTIONS“ is under settings, then from there you can manage subscriptions.
