Unable to create scans

The button at bottom right for camera and photos does not way. I as well am unable to create scans from iPhone x

Hello,

Please make sure that you have updated the application to the latest version.

Check the App store if there is any pending update available.

Try once to sign out of the application and reboot the device.

Then sign-in again and check if you can scan the PDF.

If the issue still occurs, please share the application and OS version you are using.

Hi Meenakshi,

I think that you need to concede that something is very wrong with the Adobe Scan iOS app. There are multiple descriptions of the same issue, and no suggestions made to users seem to have helped.

Can you please acknowledge that there is an issue with the current version of the app?
