Unable to find file using contents search

I am unable to search for files on the Adobe Scan or Acrobat app on my phone or iPad using words that I know are in the file I am searching for. I can see the OCR is working on the file because when I open the file I am able to search for words within it. It appears the entire search capability only extends to the title of files rather than the contents... The ability to search for files(receipts especially) based on their contents (rather than their title) on my phone whilst I am out of office is the main reason for choosing the app. Any help much appreciated!
