Unable to modify scanned file

I haved some files scanned in my Andriod device, and open in any another iPhone with the same account and crudentials. When I want to modify the files in the Andriod device, it showes the error "unable to modify the scan, it may have been created in a different device or open outside Adobe Scan. I haved tried to sign out from both Andriod and IPhone devices and resigned in, but still face the same error. Please help.
