Unable to modify scanned pdf

Question

Hi, I scanned some documents yesterday using the book function and wanted to resize some pages today as I realize the app cropped it wrong. However the app tells me that I can't modify the pdf, even though the icon to modify appears? This is really frustrating and am considering cancelling my subscription. Does anyone have suggestions on how to retrace this file? I haven't modified this pdf in any other apps.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

I have tried to reproduce the issue at my end using Adobe Scan (Updated) on Android device and the app is working as expected, and i was able to modify the PDF and re-crop it.

Would you mind sharing the version of the OS and the Adobe Scan app you are using? To check the version, tap on the profile icon > About Adobe Scan, make sure it's updated to the latest version from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android), and reboot the device once.

Also, try the workflow with a new Scanned file and see if that helps. If it still doesn't work, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for further investigation.
