Unable to Send PDF

I have been using adobe scan on my iPhone without difficulty. However, for the past few days I have been unable to send PDFs by email. I can click the link to email the file, however the “send” link on the upper right corner of the screen remains greyed out and I am unable to send. Any insights?

My version is updated. Thank you

Hi Sporus,

As you have mentioned above, you are not able to send PDFs via email on your iPhone because the Send icon is greyed out.

I would suggest, try once to reboot the device and check if that helps.

Could you please let us know if you directly open the email and attach PDF to it?

Can you then send the email?

What is the current version of the application installed on your device?

Also, share the OS version of the device.

Generally, when you use the share option to send PDF through email, it creates a link to PDF and adds it to the email.

Please make sure that you have added the email address in the "To" field.

Do you get any error message?
