Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Do you see any error messages? A screenshot or a screen recording of the error would be great.

Also, have you tried using a different network connection to test?

Please try logging in to: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and try uploading the file there.

If the file uploads successfully, then it will be an issue with the internet connection.
