Telah membayar namun masih sebagai free user…

Sudah mencoba sign out dan sign in kembali hasil tetap sama.

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

     

    I have tried checking your Adobe account and unable to track any active/paid plan. Please try to restore the purchase, Tap on the profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase and see if that works.

    I have tried to restore but it still doesn't work, while the transaction on the Play Store was successful.
