Trial started: 19 July 2025
Cancelled: 24 July 2025 (within trial)
Charged today: ₹2,599

Despite cancelling before end of trial, payment was taken. Under Adobe’s policy, cancelling within free trial should not result in any charge. I request a full refund immediately.

Samay, I am sorry, but I don't see any active subscriptions or recent subscriptions under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum. Your screenshot seems to indicate you purchased Acrobat through the Apple App Store. Please see https://adobe.ly/4frsw9j for information on how to cancel Apple App Store subscriptions. ^JW

I had taken a free trial subscription of the Adobe Scan app. I subscribed to the 7-day free trial on the 19th, and I canceled the subscription on the 24th, well before the trial period ended. However, today an amount of ₹2,599 has been charged from my account via auto-pay.

 

Please help me get my refund issued.
