Unreadable content

About 30 days ago, adobe scan started presenting a pop up message when trying to open a file I scanned and sent to email.  It will not allow the file to be opened.

The pop up message says: "Adobe acrobat, could not open adobe scan May 27, 2023.pdf because it is either non-a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment wasn't correctly decoded).

To create an adobe, PDF document, go to the source application. Then print the document to Adobe PDF."

Any idea how to resolve?

    Hi @Matthew Selman,

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

    Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

    1. The app version of Adobe Scan you are using (go to Home-> Profile-> About Adobe Scan)

    2. The OS [Android/iOS] and its version;

    3. A sample file to test the issue;

    4. A screen recording of the issue for better understanding.

    Look forward to hearing from you.

    You need to ask program questions in the forum for the program you are using
    To ask in the forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/
