Unsupported documents

Hello. I am experiencing issues with my Adobe scan. Yesterday I scanned a number of documents and most of them appeared to be unsupported documents. These unsupported documents later disappeared, however, they were saved. How do I access them?

It could you possible that due to slow internet connection the app was unable to load the documents.

Kindly check the internet connection and sign out and sign in again into the app. 

You can also look for your documents: https://adobe.acrobat.com

Make sure that you are using the same email that you have used to save the scans.
