uploaden van scans blijft hangen. pdf's worden niet in de cloud geplaatst.

de door mij met de mobiele app gemaakte scans worden niet geüpload naar de cloud en zijn niet zichtbaar in de cloud. Het uploaden is al twee dagen bezig maar geen resultaat. Ik kan ook geen scans meer maken. de App is vastgelopen.

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description that scan are not uploading on the document cloud. Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

  1. OS name and version?
  2. Application version?
  3.  Try to switch the internet connection, like mobile data to wifi or vice-versa.

 

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.

I'm having a similar problem:

Usually, I create the scan, crop pages, reorder pages and rename the document. Then Adobe Scan quickly processed my new document and gives me the option to open in Adobe Acrobat. This is the stage that's caught in a loop and doesn't seem to be able to complete this stage. 

After several hours, my document was eventually ready and I was given the option to open in Adobe Acrobat. 

I'm using an

Apple iPhone 11

Mac OS 15.4.1

Adobe Scan version 22.04.19

 

i experience the same delay using my A4 iPad Pro with the same Adobe Scan app and Adobe Acrobat App.
