Urgent: Lost Scans & Subscription Issues After Adobe Scan Upgrade
I have been using Adobe Scan on iOS for the past 3–4 years and upgraded to premium today.
1. All my 40+ scans from 2020–2025 (until yesterday) have disappeared.
2. My storage has not increased (it keeps showing a notification: “Hold on tight… we are increasing your storage. Check in a few minutes” for the past couple of hours).
3. The Restore Subscription button is not working.
I have tried logging into my account on other devices, but the issue persists. Can someone help me recover my lost files?
