"Dear Adobe Support,

I'm writing to request a refund of Rs. 800 that was debited from my account (29 June) despite a supposed 7-day free trial. When I approved the autopay through GPay, I assumed the payment would be deducted after the trial period. However, the amount was deducted immediately, and my premium access only started three days later.

I've attached the relevant screenshots and proofs for your reference. Please investigate this issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

My Adobe account email is kartikbarwal0@gmail.com.

Thanks  you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
Kartik Barwal

Hi @Kartik38374554596b,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

From the screenshot, its evident that you purchased the monthly pack for Scan Premium.

The 7 day free trial is available on the yearly subscription, and not monthly, thus the immediate charge.

Also, the first screenshot from Google Play where you de-authorized the autopay feature, also mentions about the payment being deducted immediately.

Since you have cancelled the subscription, you will not be charged for the upcoming months and to get refund for the current transaction, please reach out to Google Support as we do not have the options to manage transactions done through them: Request a refund on Google Play - Google Play Help

Hope this helps.
