Urgent Refund Request for Unintended Adobe Scan Subscription Renewal

I am writing to request an urgent refund for an Adobe Scan subscription that was renewed without my intention through the Google Play Store.

I had started the free trial for Adobe Scan, but I canceled the subscription three days before the auto-renewal date. Despite canceling well in advance and not using any paid features, I was still charged for the subscription. Additionally, there is no active plan showing in either Adobe Scan or Google Play, which makes the charge even more confusing.

Since the renewal was not intended and I had taken timely action to cancel, I kindly request that the charged amount be refunded on priority. I believe this deduction was made in error, and I hope it can be resolved at the earliest.

I checked your email address registered on the community, and saw a cancelled subscription for Adobe Scan Premium.

 

If you have made the purchase again, please reconfirm the email address you are using to log in to the application.
