Urgent Request for Cancellation and Refund of Incorrect Adobe Subscription Charges
Dear Adobe Support Team,
I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of my Adobe subscription and a full refund for the subscription charges deducted from my account in May and June.
I mistakenly subscribed to an Adobe plan and cancelled the subscription as soon as I realized the mistake. Immediately after cancelling, I also requested a refund through Google Play, but my request was denied.
Despite cancelling the subscription, I was charged again a month later. I received the Google Play order details for the May charge, but I did not receive any order confirmation or receipt for the June charge. However, I have my bank transaction details confirming that the June payment was successfully deducted from my account.
Please investigate this issue, ensure that my subscription is completely cancelled so that no further charges are made to my account, and issue a full refund for both the May and June charges. I am happy to provide the May order details and my bank transaction records for the June charge if needed.
This situation has been very frustrating, and I would appreciate it if you could resolve it as soon as possible.
