Using app on iPhone and iPad

I purchased and installed Adobe Acrobat Premium for $70/year on my iPad which allows me to edit and organize my files.  I've signed into my account via my iphone, but the app is requiring me to pay another $70 sonI can have the edit features on the phone.  Why am I'm prompted to buy again?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Have you opted for the "Mask my email address" option? If yes, you must choose the same option to use the subscription and its features.

 

If that does not help, please try. restoring the subscription using the below steps:

1. Please open Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Click on the profile icon-> subscription-> restore purchase.
