При открытие приложения, сразу выбивает. И что делать? Там важный документ.

Can you try clearing the application cache files from your devices' settings and check if it helps?

If not, please share a few information for further investigation:

1. The application version you are using;

2. A screen recording of the scenario for a better understanding.

Also I suggest you keeping the application updated.
