"Waiting to upload"

When I log in with my active adobe account, the app refuses to upload any scans. It just says waiting to upload. I am having this issue on multiple devices. I created a temporary account and logged in with that and it works fine. It also works on the other devices. I log back into my main account and it again refuses to upload. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps listed in this forum and in the faq. I have reinstalled the app multiple times. I have logged out and in multiple times. There is clearly an issue with my account that needs to be addressed.

Hi Danielc,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above that the application does not upload any scans, are you still experiencing the same behavior?

If yes, would you mind checking if you can view the documents online on Document Cloud? Use the steps provided below:

- Open this link  Adobe Document Cloud and sign in with the same credential that you use for Adobe Scan application.

- Go to Files > Adobe Scan folder

- Check if you can view all the scans there.

Also, you have mentioned that the issue is reproducible on multiple devices. Please provide the details as asked below:

- Adobe Scan version installed on the device

- Make and model of the device(on which the issue can be reproduced) along with the OS version.

- Did you check if you can scan a new document from that account?

- Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the screen where you receive the message "waiting to upload"?

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

Yeah, I'm having the same issue, when I go into the document details in the app and uncheck available offline it states that there is something wrong with my internet connection.
