What ADOBE PROGRAM (Software) creates this metadata tag or field?

Trying to figur out some metadata on a pdf file that has limited metadata - HOWEVER it does have several clues.  One of the clues is:

xmp:CreatorTool: Adobe Scan for iOS 

Now I know that adobe scan for ios did not create this as I have tested it a bunch of ways and so have others and we cannot obtain this piece of information

What ADOBE or other software, created a piece of metadata like this?   xmp:CreatorTool:  Adobe Scan for iOS?
