Trying to fi d my past scans they seem to have disappeared

Thank you for using Adobe Scan and for reaching out to us. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, and we would troubleshoot the issue further with you.

 

1. Please try going to https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/documents/files/ on your browser and log in with the same ID you signed in on phone's Adobe Scan app. Once you are logged in, tap on Adobe Scan folder. Are your scans listed there?

2. Back on your Adobe Scan app on your phone, are you connected to the internet?

3. What if you pull down to refresh on file list?
