What is the Adobe Acrobat folder "On my iPhone" on iCloud

I use adobe acrobat scan and today I noticed that I have a folder on my iCloud documents app on "On my iPhone" I didn't see it before but it says it was created on november 17, 2018 so I don't know why it didn't appear until now. It cointains the file shown in the picture below, is this folder normal?
