When attempting to share a scan, and selecting Outlook, only one email address is available

When attempting to send a scan (not send a link, but an actual document), I'm able to select Outlook as the method.

 

However, only one email address is available. My second email address in Outlook has a lock icon next to it, and is unselectable.

 

Both email address function in Outlook correctly.

Hi @fortune82,

 

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

I tried the same workflow, and it worked fine. 

 

When you use the options to share a file (link or document), Adobe Scan triggers the action, and any further action depends on the application you are using to share the file.

 

I suggest removing the secondary account and then re-adding it to Outlook and checking if it works.

 

Let us know if that works.
