Where are the scans stored?

I have installed and used Abobe Scan but cant for the life of me find the scans - where are they stored? (on my android phone)

It stores the documents in cloud. You can view them in scan app, mobile acrobat/reader app or on desktop acrobat/reader.

There will be options to download/share the file.
