Where's scanned file?

I have been using the app for a long time. It was amazing!

 

But today i just found out it stoppped working. Everything seems to be the same, but after saving the file. it's gone... i tried several time, even delete and reinstall, not working at all. the home screen just shows "You don't have any scans".

 

Please fix it. iphone 11, ios 13.1.3

    Hi All,

     

    As you have mentioned above, the files do not appear on the list in Adobe Scan application after you save as PDF.

    Uninstall the application and reboot the device. Then re-install the application from the Google Play Store.

    Check if you still experience the same behaviour.

     

    Also, check if you can view files online on Document Cloud account.

    Open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com and sign in using the same credentials as used for Adobe Scan.

    Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder.

     

    Let us know if you still experience the issue.

    Have you tried logging into your Document cloud to see if your scans are there?

    All my documents are gone!!! I downloaded the app yesterday to scan a few documents before my trip today. I was scanning until 1am, everything seemed fine, I saved the files and it showed on my files list. This morning, as I am heading out to the station and I decided to read the files one more time, but EVERYTHING IS GONE!!! I need those files today, that is way I scanned it for so long yesterday. I am connected to my Adobe ID, and I am using the IPhone app. How can this happen???? I trusted Adobe but this app has really disappointed me.

    Hi there,

     

    Can you please try this at your end:-

    Kill and restart the app in the app switcher and please double check the document cloud account your documents should be there.

    thx for the quick response. I tried to kill and restart. it still can't save files. And when i tried to access the cloud it reported error

    Sorry to hear that but i advice you to get the cloud error fixed via support team and then try again.
