I scanned a document of 450pages and suddenly Adobe scan app got closed and when I reopened the last scan was gone and i wanted to make pdf using the photos taken by Adobe scan which are stored in cache

When I see storage info of Adobe scan it shows 1.6GB but i couldn't find any directory where the cache files are stored.

NOW HOPE YOU WILL TELL ME WHERE I CAN FIND THE CACHED IMAGES (🙎 I'LLL BE TOO TIRED TO SCAN 450 PAGES AGAIN)

PLEASE DON'T GIVE ME KIND WORDS CRAP JUST GIVE ME PROPER SOLUTION (SORRY FOR BEING MEAN I THINK YOU UNDERSTAND MY PAIN) 😢

Hi @Hithaishi278103933y2c,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Normally, when the application crashes while scans are being taken, you should see a pop-up asking whether you want to continue with the scans further or start a new one [iOS only].

If you do not get the pop-up to continue, I am afraid you must re-take the images for the scan.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for better investigation:

1. The application version of Adobe Scan you are using;

2. The OS [Android/iOS] you are using and its version;

This kind of crash generally happens due to overloading the system processor to such an extent that the device cannot process any further.

Moving forward, I suggest you scan small segments of documents and combine them to create a complete document for a seamless experience with the application.

Hope this clarifies the question.
