Who can I contact when the Acrobat Scan doesn’t recognize subscriptio?

Hi, who can I contact about my app, Adobe Scan not recognizing my subscription that is currently active?  I purchased the subscription through my apple account.  And the subscription is showing active.  The App says I need to subscribe though when I open it from my iPhone.  ????

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

 

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID (Email) used in this community and unable to track any active plan for Adobe Scan Premium. If you have used a different Email for the purchase of the Adobe Scan Premium plan please logout of the application, reboot the device and re-login with the email used for the purchase of the plan and see if that helps.
