Why can't I create a free user?

I scanned a lot of documents before, but all the documents were gone someday, my account is logged in, but when I log in again, I am reminded that you can't access this content. The free 2G space of adobe document cloud is also not allowed to register. Can anyone help explain the question? Thank you.

Hi 梦龙李,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, you were able to scan documents from Adobe Scan application.

Now you are not able to access the documents.

Could you please let us know if you are not able to login to your Adobe Scan application or the online Document Cloud website?

Please share the exact error message you get when you try to access the service.

Also, check if you are using the same email address and password that you used previously for Adobe Scan application.
