Why can’t I share from my scan app on my ipad

I was using this app regularly, it's suddenly stopped staring the scanned docs to my Gmail using the share via Gmail opt totally what I'd going on . I'm using the latest version pl help me 

 

it's extremely frustrating I've tried all opts of uninstalling reinstalling signing out and in again etc 

 

pl do help

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Adobe Scan you use (go to Home-> Profile-> About Adobe Scan);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] and its version;

3. A screen recording of the event for a better understanding.

 

Also, from the description, it looks like an issue with the Gmail app, as Adobe Scan does not control the functionalities once you get to the share sheet page.

 

I suggest logging out from Gmail-> reinstalling the app, and checking again.
