Question

Why do I have to pay for another subscription when I have CC already?

I have a subscription for Creative Cloud, and one of the included apps is Adobe Scan. When I click on the link to get the app on my phone, it sends through GooglePlay to install. That is absolutely fine! But it asks me if I want a free trial for 7 days or sign up for a paid subscription. I am already paying for a subscription. The app does not give me an option to sign in with my credentials. Am I doing something wrong?

@MikHan On your mobile device, I would log out of Adobe Scan and any other Adobe app that you may me logged into on your mobile device. Then go into the App Settings, and ‘Clear Cache’ — I would do this with all the Adobe apps on your mobile device as well. Clears the junk and runs a bit faster too.

Now, log back in with the correct Adobe I@Amal. has said that you have CC Standard Plan. If by chance, this is still acting up, I would un-install the app on  the mobile device, and re-download it from the app store.

    Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

I have checked your Adobe account and found that you have Creative Cloud Standard plan.

This plan continue to include the 20+ desktop apps, services, and benefits you enjoy now, but with limited access to generative AI features, reduced generative credits, and no premium access to web and mobile apps.

For more information please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/manage-plans/changes-to-individual-plan.html

I have Adobe Acrobat already on my phone. When I try to get any of the other apps, Google Play is asking me to start a new subscription. I should not have to pay for a new subscription when I am already paying for the CC subscription. This is the same for any of the other apps as well under CC.
