Why my premium subscription with Acrobat doesn't work for Adobe Scan?

Are you getting any error messages when trying to use your subscription with Adobe Scan? If yes, please share the screenshot with me for further investigation.

Also, you might want to check the email address to which you are signed in to if it matches the one on which you have the active subscription.
