Why the scanned files are not upload or save

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble. I understand how frustrating it is to see the "Couldn't save the file" message after scanning your pages.

To help us look into this, could you please share:

1. The Adobe Scan app version is installed on your phone.

2. Your phone model and Android version.

3. Whether the message appears for every scan or only for this one (it shows 9 pages), for example, when you save a single page.

4. Roughly how much free storage is available on your phone?

Once we have these details, we can share the next steps with you.
