テキストの画像が切り抜けなくなった

去年の12月のアップデートで、テキストの画像の切り抜きが出来なくなりました。

以前はテキストの形に沿って自動で切り抜きが出来ましたが、

アップデートをしてからテキストの枠に沿った切り抜きが出来ず

不便になっています。改善をお願い致します。

17.3.1

 

3.アドビスキャンの写真から追加で

テキストの画像を選択したら

テキストの枠から大幅に広がった切り抜き範囲になります。

テキストの枠に修正をするのがめんどです。

よろしくお願い致します。

Hi @K35660920alcx,

 

Thanks for the response. 

 

I tried the screenshot at my end. You see this because Adobe Scan considers all the text on the screen, including the top window. 

 

In these images, I suggest cropping down the picture (removing the web browser text and bottom toolbars) when you take the screenshot for a better result.

スクリーショットをする時に

上部のツールバーを消すことが出来ず、年末のアップデートをする前は、ツールバーがあっても

自動でテキストのみを認識してくれました。

 

改善はされないのでしょうか。

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Adobe Scan you use (go to Home-> Profile-> About Adobe Scan);

2. The OS [iOS/Android] and its version;

3. A screen recording of the workflow you refer to.
