Hi according to the splash page of Substance 3D viewer (Beta) works on my device. So after downloading and installing went to open it and got an error message telling me "i do not meet the minimum system requirements. Accordingly minimum requirements are 8GB GPU where I only have 4GB. A complete waste of my time. Thanks

Did you try to reinstall it? CAn you share your system and GPU info? Thanks

Hi there I have just tried what you said and still come up with the same error., I'm using a Microsoft Surface 1 laptop with i5 7200u cpu @ 2.50 ghz 256GB SSD 8GB ram Intel HD Graphics 620 with 4GB GPU memory.

Not sure, but The reason can be HD Graphics 620. More clear answer you can get from engineers. Your request has been voted.
