Can't open shared cloud documents and "Sharing isn't available right now" (Error 131)

I'm trying to open a shared Adobe XD document from a colleague. I get the invite link and follow it, but when Adobe XD opens I get this error

I tried the default solutions that come up when searching, making sure the correct account is used etc. This is a fresh install of Adobe XD. My colleague has cancelled and re-invited several times, same error.

 

I thought I'd try to share a test document back with my colleague but when I click the share icon I just get this:

 

I thought It was a temporary problem at first but it's been like this for 24 hours. Any ideas?

It looks like there were some previous posts from a couple years ago where users got the same message when there was an Adobe System Outage:

 

There was a recommendation to check the Adobe System Status Page:

 

Maybe @HARSHIKA_VERMA can help with some insight into any outages or help with the recommendations.

Hi @roqvist,

 

We are sorry to hear you are unable to use the Share functionality. In addition to what our expert Myra suggested, I haven't heard of any service impact in the last 24 hrs. Would you mind telling us if it's happening with all files or with this specific file? Would you mind also connecting to any other internet connection and seeing if that works?

 

If it's a specific file, could you please share the XD file with me over a private message so that I can check on my end? 

 

Note: Please upload the file to a shared location such as CC or Dropbox and share the URL with me.
