Questions

1) Shift + Left click is delesecting the first item and then the 2nd item gets selected. 2) CTRL + Mouse Scroll Up/Down is not zooming in and out, rather it is scrolling Up/Down in the free area. 3) When I am trying to select a component much inside a layer using, CTRL + Left click. The item is not getting selected, rather the upper level grouped components are kind of vibrating/shaking. I have tried the following remedies:1) Updated the to the latest version.2) Restarted my machine couple of times.3) Reinstalled XD again.4) Even though there is some problem with my keyboard, and was going to buy a new one, before one of my colleagues confirmed that he is also facing similar issues today. Please take a look at it and let me know, as it is getting really difficult to work.

My class capstone project team has been working in a cloud document the past few days. I have an Adobe XD installed in Windows 10 Education. Working with our cloud doc has been slow and frustrating but I was still able to access it. All of a sudden today I am not able to open the document. It says "Sorry, we can't open the file". I tried upgrading my XD, reinstalling XD, reinstalling Creative Cloud, my .NET framework and used the Adobe Cleaner Tool. Nothing worked. Our project is due soon and it is too late for us to switch to another prototyping tool. Any helping in fixing the issue so that I can access the shared cloud file and complete project is appreciated.   Note: Others in my team with access to the document are still able to access it. I'm trying to create a slide-in effect for my browsing feature, but for some reason everytime I try to move my image out of the visible artboard space it goes straight to the pasteboard instead of just off screen. I understand that you're supposed to add an auto-animate transition and this should solve it but I have done that and for some reason it is still happening. I am very new to this, so please forgive my lack of knowledge. I have a project where i am creating a virtual aid for project managers on my team.  On the first artboard, i have a list of topics.  Second (level) artboard links from each of those specific topics to details on that topic.  third artboard links out of the second, to other information, forms, definitions, etc.  I want the second artboard to hover over the main first artboard when it is activated.  I got that to work with an overlay transition.  When the third artboard comes up, i was think that would replace the second artboard in this overlay location.  that also worked fine.  Where i am having trouble is backing out of this.  I have two transitions at the top.  for one of them, i want to go back to just showing artboard 1 with no overlay, i got that.  But for the other one, i want to close the third artboard and return to the second artboard in it's overlay posi

 I have a cloud document that is an asset library and it just started showing Error 2143 when trying to open it. My other cloud docs open just fine but for some reason this one doesnt anymore. Ive tried logging out of creative cloud and logging back in, restarting the computer and nothing seems to be working. The document itself opens, then a second or two later it shows a dialog that says connecting which eventually fails and shows the following error.Im on a macbook running macOS 10.14.6. This document did have coediting enabled. 

Can anybody give me advice on how best to create a library of components which are catalogued in an order which will remain when I use these as linked assets in a different document. There appears no way to sort components;eg. Alphabetical Order: 1) Icon - File  2) Icon - Link  3) Icon - Search etc. I can do it manually within a sticker sheet but this is not recognised within a document for which I've linked the assets. Furthermore if I add new components to the sticker sheet and 'update link' in linked documents any newly created components just sit at top of the components library. Any help here would be greatly appreciated, thank you.   {Title renamed by MOD}

If an image with a blend-mode is a part of a group and the group has the opacity changed, the blend-mode no longer works. The first image shows the image without a blend-mode on a background with 100% opacity. The second shows that the image with the darken blend-mode and 40% transparency retains the blend mode. The third image shows the bug where the blend-mode is ignored on export when the image is inside a group with 40% transparency applied to the group. However, the bug doesn't show in XD, only on export (4th image)

Hey, I cannot launch Adobe XD, I already tried different ways to solve the problem, but none of it helped.   I always get the following error event.  The server Adobe.CC.XD_28.8.12.1_x64__adky2gkssdxte!App did not register with DCOM within the required timeout. I have shared a XD design with the developers using the share for development option. The developers were not able to get specs in some artboards. When I checked, I found that those objects were inside a mask group. Is there a way to get the specs for objects inside a mask group?   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi all,    I am trying to standardize my design across different teams. So I thought I would create multi-state components within XD and If I add this component to the Creative Cloud library then I can share this library with my offshore designer. So it would be a plug and play. But as soon as I try to add this multi-state component into the CC library it only adds one state inside. Is there any possibility of support to add a multi-state component from XD to CC library. It would save a lot of time.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

When I zoom the pasteboard/view to anything more than or less than 100%, I'm seeing a thin white line between the bottom and top edges of two elements in the artboards. However, it doesn't show up in the exported png image of the artboard. And I made sure that there was no border active for the elements. How can I fix this? I attached a screenshot of what I'm referring to. Thanks.

I am having an issue where several componets I had made chagned to no longer being componets and instead changed to be grouped folders. In these componets had several states made and then I made instances of the states so that I could easily drag and drop it into an artboard. I notcied that this change had happened to my compoents a couple of seconds after they switched to being grouped folders so tried to undo actions to see if I acidently clicked ungroup or somthing but when I did this the elements went back to where I had them before (and I know they were componets) but they didn't change back. Please let me know if anyone else has been having this issue or know what I might have done to make this happen.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hello house, why is Adobe XD not supported by Windows 32 bit, I have tried installing it but to no avail. And also, when designing on XD you can only, Adobe makes sure that you can only view what you are doing or designing on iPhone live. Why not Android and iPhone. I was working on a cloud document (not shared, not coediting) and left it open and got out for lunch. Arrived at the station and the document shows an offline icon in the name of the document and the Adobe XD is frozen. Not the Windows-like frozen (not responding); the adobe XD window seem to respond, can resize, minimize, but inside of it I can't perform any action.   Maybe my station lost connectivity while I was out. It happened before and to solve this I kill it's process and reopen the software. <The Title was renamed by moderator>

It would be great if the Adobe XD prototypes could have the ability to gather analytics like heat maps or something to that effect. A development to the User Testing sharing of a prototype. Maybe it could incorpoate with Adobe Analytics even!   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi, I'd like to to share my document and work together with other people. I can invite others, but I cannot enable collaborate & co-edit because there was no that option in my XD: So, my friend created the file, and he has the option to enable co-edit. My XD has the notification only "Introducing Co-edit" but I can't click, scroll, whatsoever to enable the co-editing. How to fix this?   Thanks {Renamed By MOD}

Something odd appears to be happening and I'm not sure when it actually started so I can't say if it's related to a recent update or just something wonky with my install of XD. For reference, I'm on a Mac and using version 28.7.12.4. I have an existing library file with custom assets that I've created which I link to my other design files. Items that are already in the file appear to work fine and inherit all the properties and effects (e.g., hover) that are placed on the master component. All linied components also appear to receive the updates that are made in the master library file. Here's where things start behaving oddly. I add a new component that has a hover effect to the master library file. I go to my other design file and it recognizes there is an update available. I click update and the new component is there. When clicking on the instance of that component in the design file, I see that it has the hover state with the proper settings. However, when I preview the

I'm not liking the fact that you have to edit all states of a button seperately. It's added to my workflow and feels really clunky. In Sketch you can re-size, change text etc and it updates the other states of the button. I hope they figure this out quickly!!   {Renamed By MOD}

I am facing a problem while exporting a PNG file to a local laptop.   Use case 1:-  XD file A - I am exporting a .png file to my local pc (first time) XD File B - I am importing the exported .png file to the XD file B and saved.   Use case 2:-  XD file A - Now I made an update, Now exporting the artboard & export to the same file name & file location. - Popup comes for conformation to replace the same file. Yes - Now error pop comes (There was a problem exporting your asset)   Problem is, I need re-name the artboard name to export for my quick update.   Note:- At this moment both XD file A & B both are open state.   If I close both the XD file A&B. Re-open the XD file A and do the export .png. it working fine.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Like in topic name. Unable to update one of linked components. No matter if I'm trying update it by "update all" or individually. Also new components don't want to load...in this case I've bypassed by clicking on "link assets" (plus icon) and relinking file, but problem with already existing/linked component persist.   I will add info that when I create new document and link to it my design system all works fine, problematic component updates as suppose to.   Version:28.8.12.1OS Windows 10 Pro
