XD crashes

Hi! I have issues opening XD. I keep getting the following error: 

"XD is damaged and can't be opened. Please remove XD. "

 

I uninstalled and re-installed but still the same issue. 

 

Can anyone help me? thanks!

    Hi @Julie28972505crid, I'd suggest sharing more details about the operating system, computer etc you use so maybe someone else could be more helpful. If you're using Windows 10, I'd suggest checking what @HARSHIKA_VERMA suggests here:

    Also as I see in conversation here, performing an uninstall from Adobe CC app, removing preferences while doing that resolved the issue for some users: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/xd-crashes-when-opening-document/td-p/11612169
