Sorry to hear about the issue. Can you check if you’re able to launch Cinema individually? Also, let us know if the expert’s suggestion helped. Be informed that if you uninstall version 2024, it will not be available to install again. Only versions 25.6 and 26.x can be installed.

You may want to try uninstalling and then re-installing AE and make sure that Cinema 4d is included in the install.
