建議你先裝回前一舊版的，這新版的問題多多，PC跟MAC在中文系統上都無法使用 !

It means what it says. Your system needs to be set to Chinese Simplified or another supported language.

But i don't use Chinese Simplified，i'm a traditional Chinese user how can i do ?

You can try installing an older version and see if it still has an issue.

Otherwise, switch your OS to Chinese Simplified. That's all I know to do.
