關於Adobe Effects CC(2017)無法啟動的問題

　　　　Under the recent download a software Adobe Effects CC(2017), but how can not start the software, has been showing the picture of the problem, there are deeted after the re-download, so I would like to ask how to do, Thank you !

在下近日下載了Adobe Effects CC(2017)，可是卻怎麼也無法啟動該軟件，一直都是現實圖片中的文字，也有刪除重新下載，可一樣還是如此，所以借此想詢問一下我該問麼做，謝謝。

    Hi,

    Adobe After Effects supports Simplified Chinese.

    Change the language settings of your computer to Simplified Chinese, and then launch the application.

    Don't count on Adobe to drop Simplified Chinese.  I have five whole American dollars that say there will be no change.

      使用付費結果得到這些真是令人火大，打電話到客服，客服態度也很差，明明知道有問題還要裝模作樣地說要我重新安裝，不在乎語言版本，只是我付費你給我這樣的服務及產品很不能理解，一直要我安裝英文版，然後呢，然後呢

      因為剛好更新到CC2018，我的AE也是出現同樣錯誤，我自己的解法是：

      1. 解除安裝那個無法開啟的AE

      2. 到Creative Cloud面板(常駐在系統列的那顆雲)->點選右上角頭像右邊的三個點進去->選[偏好設定] -> 會看到 [一般] 旁邊有個 [Creative Cloud] 請點一下 -> 應用程式語言選 "English(international)"

      3. 接著將電腦關機重新啟動

      4. 到Creative Cloud面板，在After Effect旁按下 [安裝] 來重新安裝，應該會安裝英文版了~

      我的CC2018的AE就順利開啟了

      至於工作中需要同步開啟的AI, PS雖然原本就繁體版，很神奇的，還是依可以打開

      這樣總比去改電腦系統來得好囉~~

      只是要記得，萬一將來有什麼更新，Creative Cloud面板的應用程式語言還是改回繁體中文吧! 因為我原本都是在繁中語系安裝，現在改為英文語系後，CC面板內的應用程式都變成未安裝狀態了...還是覺得有點可怕啦~

        Adobe 做了一個很糟糕的設計，Bug不修，購買了無法使用，根本就是詐騙購買人的金錢。

          從四月發現問題到現在，反映了也沒用，他們更新了兩個版本也沒見到要修正的意願，我建議還是安裝舊版2017.0的來使用就可以了(比較納悶的是以前的版本都可以用，為何這幾次的更新都沒辦法在繁體中文的系統下使用，擺明要壟斷繁體中文系統的市場)，先撇開介面文字的問題，重要的是要能在任何語系的系統下執行才是最基本的吧！

          Illustrator and After Effects are TWO DIFFERENT PROGRAMS.  They weren't even developed by the same company.  Software developers don't change their code unless they have to.  So to assume that both programs are now both owned by Adobe means nothing.  Adobe has done nothing to make the two applications work perfectly together.

          If you assume Adobe has done so, you are foolish.
